I Believe . . .
Elizabeth Baptist is proud and honored to present this production - this event to proclaim that we do indeed believe in Jesus the Christ as the Son of God. We believe He is the ONE who came as a child from Almighty God to redeem humankind from sin which separated us from the heavenly Father. Do you believe?
If the songs, videos and verses from God's Word have impacted you to believe, there are three things you need to do. First, admit to God that you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 says "For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard." Second, believe that this Jesus the Christ, this baby we celebrate at Christmas was and is the Son of God who came to pay the penalty for our sin. Romans 5:8 says "But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." And finally, you need to confess your faith in Jesus the Christ as your personal Savior and Lord. Again, the book of Romans 10:9-10 says "If you confess with your moth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved."
