"The Blessings of God"

God's blessing is far deeper than favorable circumstances or an easy life. It is His presence, His power, and His promise working in a person's life. Moses refused to take a single step without God's presence, and that same posture is the one God calls each of us to today. Trials do not disqualify a believer from God's blessing. As Hebrews 11 shows, both those who experienced great victories and those who suffered greatly received the same commendation for their faith. Every promise God has ever made has come to pass or will come to pass, and His ultimate promise is that He will dwell with His people forever. True blessing is not a comfortable life. It is God with us, now and for eternity.
